You'll need

Step by step
Step 1 of 5Open “Profile Settings” from the sidebar and add your Business Logo, or use “Upload Business logo” inside a quiz's Settings tab. Use a PNG or JPG up to 2 MB; a transparent PNG on a wide canvas looks best. The logo is saved to your account, so you only upload it once.
A logo about 400 × 120 px stays sharp on phones and on printed papers.

Common questions
Why can't I upload my logo?
The business logo is part of paid plans. Check Plan Usage or Billing. Also make sure the file is JPG, PNG or GIF and under 2 MB.
Can each quiz use a different theme?
Yes. The logo belongs to your account, but the theme and welcome page are set per quiz.
