  • CREATORS: You hold an account with BQuiz and create quizzes, forms, or questionnaires, or you may be collaborating, commenting, or reviewing within an account.
  • RESPONDENTS: You received a quiz, form, or questionnaire powered by BQuiz.
  • WEBSITE VISITORS: You are visiting our website to explore BQuiz.

  • Account Information: Registration details, including your email address, are collected when you create an account with BQuiz.
  • Billing Information: When you make a payment toBQuiz, we collect billing details, such as name, address, and financial information. We use your billing address to determine applicable taxes.
  • Account Settings: Preferences like language, time zone, and communication preferences are collected when you customize your account.
  • Survey/Form/Quiz Data: We store the data you collect through quizzes, forms, or questionnaires and offer analysis tools for your use.
Information collected for RESPONDENTS:
  • Survey/Quiz Responses: Your responses to quizzes or forms are stored and managed by the Creator. BQuiz processes these responses on behalf of the Creator.
3. HOW WE USE THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
3.1 For Creators

We process your personal data based on either your consent or in order to:

  • Fulfill our contractual obligations to deliver services;
  • Pursue BQuiz's legitimate interests in improving the service experience and developing new products and features.
For more detailed examples, we:
  • Use contact information to respond to inquiries, send information about services, and provide marketing content (unless you opt out).
  • Use device and browser data to troubleshoot and optimize service performance.

3.2 For Respondents

5.1 Google Analytics

We have implemented on our websites and other services certain Google Analytics features that support Display Advertising, including re-targeting. Visitors to our websites may opt out of certain types of Google Analytics tracking, customize the Google Display Network ads by using the Google Ad Preferences Manager and learn more about how Google serves ads by viewing its Customer Ads Help Center. If you do not wish to participate in Google Analytics, you may also download the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. You can choose to remove or disable cookies via your browser settings.

6. DATA RETENTION
If you hold an account with BQuiz, we do not delete the data unless you control its deletion. You can delete data at the account or response level. For Respondents, please ask the Creator about the data retention policy.
7. SAFETY OF MINORS
Our services are not intended for minors under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected data from a minor, we will take appropriate steps to delete the information.
8. CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify account holders via email or by posting a notice on our website.
9. PERSONALIZED MARKETING
You can opt out of direct marketing at any time through your account settings or the "unsubscribe" link in marketing emails.
10. WHO IS MY DATA CONTROLLER?
For most data processing activities related to quizzes and forms, the Creator is the data controller. BQuiz only acts as a controller in the limited instances described in the Respondent section.
