Our Services offer various tools and solutions, which may have additional terms or conditions depending on the service used. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these additional terms as well.

You must follow the guidelines and policies provided for the use of our Services. You agree not to misuse our Services. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Interfering with the normal operation of our Services.
• Using our Services in any unlawful manner or in a way that could damage or impair the performance of our Services.
• Bypassing access controls or restrictions set by BQuiz.

You may use our Services only as permitted by law, including but not limited to relevant United States federal laws, state regulations, export control laws, data protection regulations, and intellectual property laws. These terms are intended to comply with applicable US laws, such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), as well as international laws such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

BQuiz reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if we suspect any violation of these terms or misuse of our Services.

Using our Services does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the Services themselves or the content provided. You may not use content from our Services unless you have obtained permission from the content owner or as permitted by law. These terms do not grant you any right to useBQuiz's branding, logos, or trademarks.

To access some of our Services, you may need to create a BQuizAccount. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

If your account is assigned to you by an organization (such as your employer or educational institution), additional terms may apply, and your organization may have the ability to manage or disable your account.

You agree to notify BQuiz immediately in the event of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

BQuiz takes your privacy seriously. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our Services.

By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of your data in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable data protection laws, such as:

• General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users in the European Union.
• California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) for users in the state of California.
• Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) if children's data is involved.

Some Services allow you to upload, submit, store, send, or receive content. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that content. In short, what belongs to you stays yours.

By submitting content to our Services, you grant BQuiz a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, store, modify, reproduce, distribute, and display your content for the purposes of operating, promoting, and improving our Services. This license persists even if you stop using our Services. You may be able to remove certain content from our Services.

You warrant that you have the legal rights and permissions to upload or share any content submitted to our Services. BQuiz is not responsible for content that violates the rights of others.

If you have a BQuiz Account, we may display your Profile name, Profile photo, and actions you take on BQuiz or on third-party applications connected to your BQuiz Account in our Services, including displaying in ads and other commercial contexts. We will respect the choices you make to limit sharing or visibility settings in your BQuiz Account.

BQuiz is constantly improving and evolving its Services. We reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue functionalities, features, or entire services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice before discontinuing a service or making changes that could negatively affect your experience, where possible.

You may stop using our Services at any time. BQuiz also reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services if you violate these terms or are found to be in breach of any policies.

When using software provided by BQuiz as part of the Services, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software solely for accessing the Services. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code from the software unless explicitly permitted by law or withBQuiz's written permission.

Some of our Services may include open-source software, which will be made available to you under the terms of the applicable open-source license.

Our Services may automatically download and install updates to improve or enhance functionality. You agree to receive these updates (and permit BQuiz to deliver these updates) as part of your use of the Services.

BQuiz provides its Services using commercially reasonable care and effort. However, BQuiz does not make any specific promises about the functionality, reliability, or availability of the Services. The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BQuiz will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services.

In any case, BQuiz's total liability for any claims under these terms will be limited to the amount you paid us for using the Services (or, at our discretion, to supplying you with the Services again).

If you are using our Services on behalf of a business or organization, that business agrees to these terms. The business will hold harmless and indemnify BQuiz, its officers, agents, and employees from any claims, lawsuits, or actions arising from or related to the use of the Services, including any liability or expenses arising from claims, damages, losses, and legal fees.

We may revise these terms from time to time to reflect changes in the law or adjustments to our Services. We will provide advance notice (at least 14 days) of any significant changes by posting them on our website. If the changes affect your use of the Services, you have the option to discontinue use before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Services after any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

These terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our Services in the United States shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
