2) Prepare Your Excel File

Fill the Excel file with your questions using the correct structure. A typical format includes:

• - Question Type (mcq, sq, lq)
• - Question Text
• - Option A, B, C, D (for MCQs)
• - Correct Answer
• - Section (optional)
• - Explanation (optional)

3) Upload the Excel File

• - Go to your quiz
• - Click to upload your updated completed Excel file

4) Review & Validate

• System will validate your file
• Fix any highlighted errors (missing fields, wrong formats, etc.)

5) Confirm Import

• - Once validation passes, click Import now
• - Questions will be added to your quiz automatically

• 6) Quiz Editor will open after questions added successfully.
• 
  - Make changes (title, description etc) and activate the quiz
